Green Inferno

Probably not Eli Roth’s best but this film is surely his brand of horror – twisted, unexpected, gory. Green Inferno delivers passable chills and thrills of some decent Cannibal movie shot in great visuals. With unpopular actors with average to good acting skills plus an interesting cannibal tribe, Green Inferno is an enjoyable B-movie as a whole. Thanks to this Rated and cut version for making it averagely bearable to watch with 2 eyes. Weakness of this film is that I find it downbeat as it lack a fair formula of adventure and loopholes in its plot and storyline. The story was not established well at first. Eli Roth could have played a little while on the cause these activists are fighting. As a whole, this film is not for the faint-hearted. 4/5 stars
