WHAT I LIKE?

Fifty Shades Freed is a beautifully-wrapped gift for Valentine’s for some few fans of this lackluster Franchise. With the effective depiction of an ideal millionaire living a luxury life and marrying an ordinary woman, the movie will lure you with its fantasies and glitters. Cinematography-wise, the movie is just right with its expensive wrapping from clothes, houses, cars and many more. If you are in for some soft porn, Fifty Shades Freed offers an R-18 with no cuts offer that will surely please a certain audience. All that is left is cluttered story line better off in the books.

WHAT I DON’T LIKE?

Fifty Shades Freed is better off in the books than a Trilogy. I was expecting the last franchise to somehow elevate the lackluster installment but I find the movie very weak and uninteresting. Sure enough that I wanted to see a naked Christian Grey but the movie has no identity to begin with. More than just those pornographic fantasies, Fifty Shades Freed is nothing but pure obscene and at some point offensive. The final movie focused more on SEX rather than the soul. For me, the whole thing don’t sell at all. My curiosity was not even sparked. Characters-wise, the movie still a bit lost with cluttering with unnecessary and underdeveloped characterization. All I see is a beautiful and luxurious packaging with no added value at all. You can watch Fifty Shades Free with your own discretion depending on what do you want to feel after.
