Annabelle Comes Home

Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target — the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends. This is directed by Gary Dauberman under New Line Cinema.

CAST: McLena Grace, Madison Iseman, Katie Sarife, Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Steve Coulter, Michael Cimino & Samara Lee.

GENRE: Horror

Annabelle has that solid scares & thrills you will probably enjoy on a average Annabelle flick. But….

From all the disappointing Annabelle Flick in the Conjuring Universe, Annabelle Comes Home has some decent and redeeming sort of thing but for me, this latest installment is tiring, lazy and very formulaic. What I don’t like about this film is that its actually empty. Full of unnecessary scares and dangling plots that actually don’t make sense at all. Aside from its very limited setting and point if view, Annabelle Comes Home is just some random shit wherein Annabelle was able to set free from the room and do some horrific things for the next minutes of its screening time. Aside from The Warrens’ less screening time, the scares are becoming too predictable. For me, its now time to put Annabelle to its long deserved rest.
